Inhispania

Inhispania is a Spanish language school located in the heart of Madrid, on Calle Marqués de Valdeiglesias, just steps from Gran Vía. Founded in 2002, the school has taught more than 25,000 students over more than two decades and is an officially accredited centre of the Instituto Cervantes. It is also a member of FEDELE (the Spanish Federation of Spanish-as-a-Foreign-Language School Associations) and the Madrid Association of Spanish Schools, and holds the “Socially Responsible ELE School” quality seal. The school’s facilities include spacious classrooms, a library and cinema room, common areas for student interaction, and accessibility features for students with mobility needs.

Inhispania offers Spanish courses at all levels, from beginner to advanced, with flexible weekly start dates year-round. Its course range includes intensive and super-intensive group courses, evening classes, accelerated programmes combining group and private lessons, long-duration courses for students on a study visa, one-to-one private classes, tailor-made group courses, and online classes. The school is also an official exam centre for DELE, SIELE and CCSE (the Spanish citizenship exam), and offers dedicated exam preparation courses, as well as a university access programme for international students wanting to study at a Spanish university.

Inhispania works primarily with international adult students who come to Madrid from around the world to learn Spanish, with group classes capped at a maximum of 9 students to keep the learning experience personalised. The school also runs specialised courses for Erasmus students and for language assistants and teachers, and its courses are recognised for academic credit by several universities, including ECTS credits through its partnership with UDIMA.

Beyond its courses, Inhispania offers a free online Spanish level test, accommodation support in Madrid, and a programme of social activities and events to help students make the most of their time in the city and meet others from around the world. Courses are also recognised for Bildungsurlaub (educational leave) in several German states, and for study grants through CSN in Sweden and Lånekassen in Norway.
