The International Language Training Center (ILTC) is a language school in Chișinău, the capital of Moldova, and has been teaching since 1994. In its three decades of operation it reports having trained more than 85,000 students, with a team of 35 TESOL-certified teachers, many of them native English speakers. The school is officially accredited in Moldova, most recently renewed in 2024, and is an authorised Cambridge preparation centre. In 2024 it received a “Language Center of the Year” award. It works from a single location on Petru Rareș Street.

ILTC teaches six languages: English, German, Spanish, Italian, Romanian and Russian. Lessons are given in person, online, or in a hybrid “Cross-Class” format, in which some students attend in the classroom and others join online. Teaching is communicative, with about 75% of each lesson spent on speaking practice. Specialist courses include Cambridge exam preparation (from Young Learners exams through B2 First for Schools and, for adults, up to C1 Advanced), TOEFL preparation, Business English and career-focused courses. The Cambridge course is 44 hours long and includes five mock exams a year, and the school reports that 97% of its students pass.

The school teaches children (Cambridge courses start at age 7), teenagers and adults, in the city of Chișinău and, through its online options, beyond it. Students come from a wide range of backgrounds: general learners, school pupils preparing for exams, professionals and people working towards a career or study goal. The school says that about 90% of its students join on the recommendation of friends.
